JOB ROLE

• Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls/chats/emails for the various process.
• Service/sales
• Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.
• Technical/service support.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

• Have excellent English communication skills-
• Should be able to speak English fluently.
• Reside in Bangalore
• Work from office
• Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts
• Willing to work rotational shifts (both day &night shift)
• Can join immediately
• Should hold all relevant documents.
• Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)
• Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
• Both doses vaccinated with certificate
